Ordering & Payment:
Please call or send me an email to check for availability of stock in the first instance before placing an order. The prices displayed on this website provide an indicative guide to the retail price (and include VAT, but not postage and packaging). The prices are in British Pounds Sterling. All prices are subject to confirmation. The only payment method currently accepted is by PayPal. For foreign customers, additional charges may be applicable including currency conversion, duty and taxes.
Delivery times:
Subject to availability, it is the intention to dispatch orders as soon as practicable, but it would be preferable to allow 10 working days. Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. If your order is required by a certain date, please let me know and I will endeavour to meet this deadline.
Postage & Packaging:
The price of postage and packing will be quoted separately. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class will be used for all UK deliveries. International Tracked and Signed will be used for deliveries outside the UK.
Returning goods:
Buyers are entitled to return any item to me in its original condition within 10 days of receipt and a full refund will be given for the price of the item. The cost of the postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the return is required as a result of an error on my part or if the goods are faulty. Please call or email me within 7 days to give notification of any such problems and to make arrangements for the return delivery and to arrange for the refund payment.
Liability:
Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from me. Also I cannot be held liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although I will do my utmost to ensure that goods do arrive timeously and in good condition.
